Excavation and backfilling continue to accommodate concrete forming and pouring in Northeast Mental Health (NEMHC). Installation of water service continues. Installation of storm and sanitary services progressed in May, as did shaping of storm water ponds. |
| Structural |
|
All pile installation is complete. Pile setting and installation of cap plates and dowels in NEMHC is being done as needed to stay ahead of foundations. To date there is approximately 30,500 m3 of concrete placed. Pouring of Patient Block suspended slabs was completed to Part 5 in May. Part 6 will be poured to the roof by the end of June. Structural Steel shop drawing submissions and review by consultants is ongoing. Erection of structural steel in the west penthouse started in April is complete. Shop drawings for Glue Lam Timber continue this month and fabrication of timber for the building has commenced. |

Windows have been delivered to the site and installation continues. Exterior studs installation in Part 5 has commenced. AVB sheeting is following the studs and progresses weather permitting. Roofing continues to Part 2 and 5. Metal deck and siding is progressing in the west penthouse. Brick installation continues in Part 4 and North Courtyard. |

Construction of offsite mock-ups is complete. Punch list items are completed. Masonry wall construction continues through the building as needed. |
| Mechanical/Electrical |
|
Mechanical trade coordination drawings are ongoing. Mechanical submittals are continued this month. Mechanical and Electrical rough-in is progressing on all 3 levels. Off site prefabrication of plumbing rough-in continues. Prefabricated WC, lav carriers and heating and cooling piping have been shipped to site and are being installed. East Penthouse mechanical system rough-in is progressing. West Penthouse mechanical equipment delivery is complete. Electrical equipment deliveries are in progress. |
